Painless shaking

Frozen Shoulder 1-1

Wow.

Poor right shoulder movement.
My shoulder hurts when I try to change clothes or take a shower.
Since it's my right shoulder, I move it without thinking, and it makes me squeamish.
Even when I was sleeping, I would wake up with a throbbing pain for some reason.

People around me say "50 shoulders". I myself think so.
But whether it's "50 shoulders" or whatever, it hurts.

Go to a nearby Thai massage.
While groping my shoulder, Obachan said, "Here's a lump of chestnut," and rubbed it.
It hurts pretty intensely. According to Obachan, "If it doesn't hurt, it won't heal."
On the day of the massage, the pain was unbearable, but the next day, I felt much lighter.
Then, after 2-3 days, it started to hurt little by little. It is such a repetition.
350 Baht for 1 massage for 2 hours.
A woman who is said to be "skillful" at the store is appointed to make a reservation and have her massaged.

I have also been to a chiropractor run by a Japanese manipulative practitioner.
At the first visit, I was told that I had a half-ass, that my back was uneven, and that I was distorted.
The first few minutes and the last few minutes are performed by Japanese, and most of the rest is performed by electric massage machines and Thai staff.
I went there several times, but I didn't have the impression that "I'm getting better", so my feet went away before I knew it.
Then it hurt again, and I ended up relying on the "Obachan" who seemed to be strong and experienced.

However, recently, my wife told me that there was a manipulative shop called "Painless Yurashi Therapy" in the neighborhood.
It is a house next to White Mansion on Sukhumvit Soi 24.

I hesitated for several weeks, but made up my mind and went to see it.
On the first day, I explained the symptoms and lay down on the treatment table.
He lightly touches the area around the shoulder while saying, "Is this area uncomfortable?"
While lightly lifting the painful arm, "touch" and "stroking" the area around the shoulder.
I lift my wrists and they tell me to "relax", but I'm afraid of when it will "scratch", so I can't relax easily.
When I let go of my strength a little, while rocking around, I pushed the area around my shoulders as though I was stroking it.

Until now, I was trying to fix it with the "strength technique" of Thai massage, so I feel that "stroking" massage is "unreliable" at all.
About 30 minutes while lying on your back and lying down.
The treatment ended with the voice of the practitioner saying, "Today is such a place ...".

It is a massage with no pain at all, as it is advertised as "painless".
However, in my heart, I want to scream, "This is how it works!"
It is not possible to judge whether it will be cured or not with just one treatment.
I don't feel like the pain is getting any easier.
Make a reservation for the next time and pay the treatment fee of 1200 baht.
A brute force Thai massage is 350 baht for 2 hours.
Even so, just touching it for 30 minutes like stroking it will cost you 1x the price! What did you think?

"Mr. Hayashi" who will perform the treatment (I got permission to show my face)

However, it is.
After the second treatment, my right shoulder, which had been in pain for several months, moved without pain.
I still have a dull pain-like "discomfort", but it's not enough to be called "pain".
I had a hard time getting my wallet out of my back pocket, but after the third treatment, I was able to move my arms around my back.

When it comes to massages, it's like being pushed hard and going "I'm sorry!!" board.

The human body is a strange thing.
Even if I don't touch it carelessly, I am "surprised" by the changes that occur in my body.

From the next time, I'm thinking of having a long-term "lower back pain" examined.
It's the pitiful waist that has supported my huge body for many years.
Even though I was in pain, Thai massage lady stepped on me and chiropractor's electric motor shook me, supporting me with "knocking down".
I bought a "commutation ticket" for 5 times, thinking that I would be rewarded with a refreshing feeling at Sawasawa.

I participate in rankings.
Please press the banner below to wish me and you happiness.

This "painless shaking" seems to have worked for me.
Until now, I had received a massage with the "preparedness" to say, "If you endure the pain of being massaged, you will be cured!"
It may be that there was a real feeling that it was healing because there was "pain" to heal.
Even so, even if I was told that it would be OK just to touch it gently, it would be like a "charm" by a bogus witch doctor, and I wouldn't feel refreshed "feeling".

But now, my shoulders are "comfortable" as proof that I'm not a phony "medicine".

Painless shaking 2

Wow.

I wrote about the "painless yurashi" massage in my July 11th blog post.

Thanks to the kindness of Dr. Lin, the director of PST Center (Painless Yurashi Therapy Bangkok Branch) who will perform the treatment, I even posted a picture of her face.
Thanks to my blog, the number of patients who go to the hospital has not increased "dramatically", and it seems that they are continuing their treatment as usual.

The PSTCenter home page was linked to my July 11th blog post.
The address of the homepage is below.

If you are suffering from 50 shoulder or back pain, it might be a good idea to take a peek.

I've been here several times and it's been in good shape.
However, the difficult thing is to "remove power".

My shoulder hurts, but when the treatment is over and my shoulder feels light, I think, "Wow! It's lightened!"
Maybe not just me, but others as well.
And even though it's not completely healed yet, I want to see how far it will go.
Even though I was able to move twice or three times the range that I was moving before treatment, I moved a little beyond that.
And when I get a little irritated, I feel relieved.

While going to get the "pain" removed, I confirm the "pain".
Do I have an “M” element in my essence?

Dr. Lin gives advice such as "Relax", "Don't look for pain", and "Forget the pain of memory".
Even during the treatment, they say things like "relax" and "throw away your arms."

I think that when you say "throw your arms away", you are too conscious of being rubbed or shaken, and your muscles become stiff.
I think that I have to relax without being conscious of it, but this is quite difficult.

Because, "I will concentrate my consciousness so as not to be conscious".
Come to think of it, in my daily life, I have never had the experience of saying, "Don't be conscious" or "Relax."
I'm good at "cutting corners", but...

The Japanese tend to believe that there is some kind of reward at the end of the pain, as the Japanese are the strongest in the world (?).
That's Professor Lin's words.

A self-contradiction of being relieved to feel "pain" even though the treatment is "painless".
It is difficult to say that once a body is damaged, it can be healed.
